Return Process

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Pack the item securely, using the original packaging if possible, and include the RMA number inside the package.
  4. Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
