Returns Policy

At RADIODYNAMIQ, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return the product under the following terms:

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
• Proof of purchase from RADIODYNAMIQ is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards are non-returnable.
• Downloadable software products cannot be returned.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return.
2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Pack the item securely, using the original packaging if possible, and include the RMA number inside the package.
4. Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
